Boxercise
Boxercise is weekly evening classes aimed at all abilities, genders and ages to stay active, learn while having fun and engaging with other individuals. Our Boxercise class is a combined element of Boxing and exercise.
Individuals will be able to glove up, work together and individually to enjoy keeping fit while using boxing and the physical demands to do so. Sessions are led by qualified Boxercise instructors to support and aid the class as you work through varied content including circuits, sparring (pad), bag work and basic physical exercises.
