School/PTA Events
We have previously supported many schools and their PTA's with events from summer fetes, Christmas Fayres, firework & halloween nights among many other fundraising events. We love to support our community across Hampshire to raise money for their pupils.
By attending these events we offer a % of our profit at the event towards the school. We offer many popular attractions to attend with which include our fresh candy floss and popcorn, chocolate fondue and stall. We can also help to take the stress away should there be the need for hot and cold drink refreshments. Sports Events
Sports is something closely linked with our parent company, Coach4U providing sports and education provision across clubs, schools & the wider community. But when it comes to hospitality Sweet Success provides a fantastic array of attractions and refreshments to your sports events.
Hosting the best sports event isn't just about the sports action but the experience you are able to offer to all in attendance. Our provision offers the icing on the cake of any events from candy floss and popcorn to sweets, snacks and a mix of hot and cold drinks. Community Events
As a community based company we attend many community events throughout the year from fetes & markets to celebrations and occasions.
We attend these events to provide food vendors for the local community audience with varying sweet provision including candy floss, popcorn, chocolate fondue and sweets. We work on a % of profit basis, giving back a % to the organisers.

Charity Fundraisers

We welcome local charities who are holding events to invite us to attend in order to help their fundraising efforts. We provide a % of our profit at the event back to the charity to contribute funds towards their cause.

Are you organising a festival?

Add to your occasion by booking us to attend your festival. We can provide any of our offerings at the event, fully staffed and self sufficient. The best bit? We give a % of our profit back to your organisation simply for having us there.
Halloween / Firework Night
Halloween and Sweets go hand in hand. While enjoying the sweet taste of candy floss and popcorn with the sky being lit up holding chocolate covered marshmallows just hits the spot.

A very quick and simple process of filling in our enquire form.
Once we have received your form, we will contact you within 24 hours to either confirm our attendance at your event or discuss your event with you.
What do we get back financially?
At Sweet Success, we believe in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with event organisers. When you grant us the privilege of attending and retailing at your event, we seamlessly integrate offerings, enhancing the attendee experience with zero capital layout from your team.
To reflect our commitment to your event's overall success and to add value to your bottom line, we offer a structured revenue-share programme, returning a set percentage of our event profits directly back to your organising committee.

What do you need from us as an organiser?
When you partner with Sweet Success, our goal is to enhance your event while providing a completely stress-free experience for your committee. Our dedicated administration team oversees all advance logistics—including staff scheduling, event coordination, and equipment curation—long before the day begins. On-site, our professional events team assumes full operational responsibility for the setup, live hosting, and complete breakdown of our stations, allowing you to focus entirely on running your event.
We value the opportunity to showcase our confectionery stations and retail directly to your attendees. To ensure a flawless integration, we only require the completion of our brief event information form to officially secure your date. While access to a standard electrical supply is highly appreciated, we are fully self-sufficient and can provide our own quiet generator power if required. To maximise both guest satisfaction and overall event revenue, we simply request a prominent, high-footfall positioning within your venue layout which will then maximum profit for both parties.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully covered when it comes to insurances and certification.
We are covered by Maltings insurance with public and employers liability up to £10 million. We are registered with Eastleigh Borough and we hold a 5* Hygiene rating.
All of our hosts & uniformed staff hold a minimum of a Level 2 food hygiene & safety certificate and covered under our employer's liability insurance.
All of our services have been risk assessed and available for all organisers.
All electrical items used for the purposes of operating our services have been PAT tested and have regularly official checks with certification.
