Shipping and Payment Information

Shipping
Orders will not be shipped until a valid form of payment has been processed and accepted. Once payment has been processed and accepted order will dispatch, and products will usually be with you within 10 working days. However, during busy periods or high demand this may vary - we will contact you if this is the case.

Payments Methods Accepted.
We accept payment by Cheque, Purchase Orders or by BACS payment.

Cheques - We accept cheques. (You must add your order number to the rear of your cheque, otherwise this may delay your order). However, please note that all cheque payments are subject to a 5 working day clearance period, and goods will not be dispatched until this period has been reached as a minimum.

Purchase Orders - We accept purchase orders from Schools, Colleges and Government Departments at the company’s sole discretion.

BACS Payments - We accept BACS payments made in to our account. (You must add your order number when the payment is made, otherwise this may delay your order)
